Location
Dr. Tapadiya's office in Fountain Valley, California is located in a convenient location just off the 405 freeway, central to both North and South Orange County. We are located on the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital campus. For turn-by-turn directions, please click on the Google map below.
Towards the back of the hospital campus, there is a large warehouse building. We are located on the right side of the warehouse building.
Hours
- Office Hours: The office is available to take phone calls Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. After hours, you may leave messages with our answering service.
- Surgery Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Clinic Appointments: Mondays and Thursdays. However, office appointments can be made on surgery days with prior arrangement.
